In China official banks loans are hard as the banks are being reigned in to preven inflation and consumerism. Shadow banking system is very expensive. LPH grew this acquisition from cash flow. However, it is under promo and the warrants were extended a month. Apparently that $25M is worth it to them to fill the tanks faster.
