Is this being promo? Worried about china stock. A lot of them are fraudulent. Very low PE, High profits but keep needing money to finance growth. Profitable companies such as these should not need more money from public source. They can go to any reputable bank and get money easy. Why issue more stock when you dont need to. Especially at discount from the book value. This do not make sense to me at all.
