Did you see the associated production costs?

"but as was with the last resource increase it still appears to be low-grade ore they're finding."

What difference does the grade make if it is very cheap to recover at a very high yield???? Did you do the math???? This is great news!!!

• Recoveries Au 85%, Ag and Cu 75%
• Costs: $2.10/t mined, Processing and G&A $14.00/t
• Royalties Au 4% and Cu 5%

Industry average for open pit is 2.69 Au-g/t for open pit, 15.72 g/t for underground, according to Mining Almanac. Lower grades are just a fact of life from open pit mines because the volume of gold is being divided by a greater volume of overburden and waste rock.

Like mjk said, grades are irrelevant if throughput and profitability metrics can be met.

JAL,

This is still just an inferred resource. Very little value is assigned to it under the 43-101 system because so little inferred resource ends up coming out of the ground profitably.

If they want to get credit for it, they will need to do more infill drilling and get good results to upgrade it out of the inferred category.

It's good to see some numbers coming out but we still need to understand what it is we're dealing with.
