corp: I think we are in agreement that without knowing all the terms of the Reimbursement Agreement all of the discussions so far as to what may be due Federal is just speculation. Even if we know how the agreement is written, apparently it is subject to various interpretations. Unless a settlement is reached in the interim, I guess we will just have to wait at least another year before we learn what the arbitrators decide.
You are way off in your interpretation. The court merely stated that the RA was enforceable ie not void and that the parties submit their issues and defenses to arbitration. The court did not make a ruling that Federal was entitled to full reimbursement.
