From pg 16 of the Bailes report:

"Based on the evidence available to us to date, the monthly service charge alone likely totaled more then $2 billion in net revenues during the damage period. This tally does not account for the convoyed sales on charges for UMA-equipped cell phones, routers, hot spot devices and other installations, connection and service charges. This tally also does not include the enhanced ability for T-Mobile to continue to compete with its larger competitors, maintain market share and add additional subscribers and generate the resulting traditional subscription fees for such customers.

Let's stop projecting low estimates here. This is huge and Tmob knows it, that's why they're hiding the documents, Daic knows it too. He's not listening till he hears 1 billion + legal fees. Just my opinion.
