The Montana government site is the correct site. It is by the company's choice not to be compiant on a month to month basis. Look at some of the other producers in the area and you will see that they are compliant.

I think the reporting requirements can be found in this publication. I will post link in IBOX, and start to skim over this to find out how we can find public records of production and such, and if companies are required to submit info that then becomes public information. Would be nice to be able to verify any production amounts the company reports in releases. I think they will when they make filings show this info, but not sure if it will only be in quarter reports in which we will need to wait for.

I don't want to say that a goverment site that puts up the info on well production is a little slow to update the figures, but it might be, or maybe they simply haven't received the latest info from the company. I would imagine that people can be very busy at times and short staffed, but time will tell. The updating process is pretty routine for both such entities, IMO.

Same goes for updates in filings on all matters that get continuously updated in filings like well status. I have enough patience to wait to see any changes that took place during the reporting period whenever they get reported, like in a Q or a K.
