Good find, it all boils down to this simple form 6 Production report and must be post marked on the last day of production for that month as the rules state at the back of the form. Form 6 and its instructions is part of the rules and reg package you posted. Also, read section 36.22.1242 also describes reporting procedures from the tax purposes side.
