Nonsense insider knowledge is not illegal unless one profits from it.

Unless one has a source inside the SEC, every person posting here is posting an opinion.

WE as longs know the facts todate per past fillings, PR, and the such.

Where the SEC has evidence of fraud from those past filings. That is definitely a known fact. However, it's unclear what facts are contained in the filings, and what is false. However, one can find discrepancies in share count issuance in those past filings. We'll see how that shakes out in a future Form 10.
