Um, no where does it say they commited fraud. That is NOT a fact as you state it.

Where the SEC has evidence of fraud from those past filings. That is definitely a known fact.

Here is what the SEC said about the suspension. It does not detail specifically why were suspended.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of the above-listed issuers
because of questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of information about the companies,
including their assets, business operations, current financial condition and/or issuances of shares
in company stock.

You are so right. The trading today showed a 1 million dump at 0.003. That worries me no end. Also I am worried that the CEO does not seem to care about us, not a word for three weeks.I am losing patience here and a lot of money to make it hurt even more.
