Unless one has a source inside the SEC, every person posting here is posting an opinion. Any FACTS known by any poster for or against would constitute a clear criminal violation as insider knowledge. Know I am aware that facts as we know them are still just facts known to date, and have not been refuted. Any FACT posted as to the outcome for or against would be wrong. WE as longs know the facts todate per past fillings, PR, and the such. Posters against have ONLY this same information to base their opinion on. I will wait for the SEC, who most people know, I have little use for as they IMHO serve the "too big to fails, and care not a whit for the small player, and a solid verifiable PR from JR to give me FACTS that I can trust.
