You could NOT be more wrong.

you do not know what registering securities means.

Definition of 'Registered Security'
1. The name given to securities whereby ownership is registered with the issuing company or their agent.

2. Securities that are unavailable for sale due to restrictions placed upon them at the time of issue.
Investopedia Says
Investopedia explains 'Registered Security'
1. This is the common method for handling securities. It provides the issuing company with the necessary stockholder information needed to pay out dividends and deliver notices of important company activity.

2. These securities cannot be sold or transferred to other investors unless certain criteria are met under regulations.

Again, a Form 10 IS A REGISTRATION STATEMENT. By filing a Form 10 A COMPANY IS REGISTERING SECURITIES! NO THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED TO REGISTER SECURITIES> PERIOD><

Here it is again on the SEC website:

http://www.sec.gov/about/forms/form10.pdf

Look at the top. What does it say there? "GENERAL FORM FOR REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES Pursuant to Section 12(b) or (g) of The Securities Exchange Act of 1934" I understand what it says, however, GDSM IS NOT REGISTERING SECURITIES< THEY ARE FILING THE FORM 10 TO BECOME FULLY REPORTING!!!!!!

What is so difficult to grasp about this concept?

The way I read that is that since GDSM or Raptor filed the FORN 15, that terminated the registration of their securites so they would have to start over and register them again.

Is that right?
