there was a Bowman involved with the creation of a company called Tri gas -oil which was reversed merged into 3Si, the comnpany that this was before it became BLVT.

The realestate is being sold too and there was mention of a bank loan on the land and a debt to the McCrays for it too.

Buy all the shares you want, promote it all you want, this is still a share selling scheme with no real value.

Time will show that.

BTOS gov. contracts are assets, right? So those contracts are being sold along with the 261 acres.

The problem is that those contracts are in the BTOS name so the contracts can't be sold without selling the BTOS name too.

The AS increase will provide for lots of dilution,

slap the ask, it can't be moved up but so much before reality comes back and so does the lower PPS until it hits .0001.

Maybe BLVT will approve a RS next.
