No, not personal, BLVT was the reason for the loan, and was used as collateral, and is a named defendant.
I think the main problem is that BTOS must be sold, or BLVT will not become the shell it needs to be to continue on selling shares in the stinky pink land. They will be forced into BK, and LC Bowman will probably still end up with BTOS(hopefully).
BTOS is real, and they do make things to sell to DOD. BLVT is the vehicle that has been abused by an idiot CEO IMO.
Good luck to the employees of BTOS. Hope they get out from under BLVT.
