Yes The Rainmaker I know how COLD BLOODED and CRUEL Hudson can be
I have been in PENNY STOCKS that have gotten crushed by Hudson
HOWEVER VRNG is not a penny stock We will see

IMO, IF we get that Settlement or Buyout, I could care less about 10 million shares hitting the market when we could be trading 50 million plus in 1 day. Actually, it will be much higher volume. Think about it, Google settles with Vringo, future royalties turning this little company into a major cah cow. Then, the others, AOL, Gannett, Target kicking in $$$$. Then, well we know Vringo will take out Softy, Bing, ect ect. Oh, Nokia Patents we now have and nailing one of our Partners. Volume here will be huge daily, 10 million will be nothing. Gots to bounce, L8ER Folks!!

I understand where your coming from...

Yet, I cannot help but coming away with the notion your missing
the big picture. Take Hudson out of the picture first. The percentage
the others sold is miniscual to their holdings. No different then the average
Joe you always need to take some profit off the board as it reaches
New levels.

Management did us a favor by doing this move at this particular time! It
Did nothing to dilute the price NOW! At times management has to to
make moves to strengthen their Hand. This is A HUGE Poker Game.
Timing is everything and guess what this is below my pay grade and some
decisions are on a need to know bases.

Selling by these large Holders here, prior to next week actual helps the
small investor. All said and done I will like my $16.40 a share [Pay Day!!!

The shares were offered directly to five existing institutional investors without a placement agent or underwriter.

Please show us where it says Hudson got all those shares, or even that Hudson got any of them.
