Hope you do great Jim best of luck.....it just really bothers me they didn't announce the $45 million dollar funding deal that knocked the stock price down until the day after insiders finished selling $4 million dollars worth of their stock. You saw the dates of their sales before the funding was announced. It doesn't matter they sold as part of a planned trading plan.....I know they watched their sell orders getting filled and when they were done selling, then they released the $45 million funding deal news.


Those 10 million free trading shares get delivered on Tuesday to the funders, let's see how you feel next Thursday after they work over the stock again. Hudson is going to try to crush all those October call options....Hudson most likely is the one who sold those covered calls imho.
