I understand where your coming from...

Yet, I cannot help but coming away with the notion your missing
the big picture. Take Hudson out of the picture first. The percentage
the others sold is miniscual to their holdings. No different then the average
Joe you always need to take some profit off the board as it reaches
New levels.

Management did us a favor by doing this move at this particular time! It
Did nothing to dilute the price NOW! At times management has to to
make moves to strengthen their Hand. This is A HUGE Poker Game.
Timing is everything and guess what this is below my pay grade and some
decisions are on a need to know bases.

Selling by these large Holders here, prior to next week actual helps the
small investor. All said and done I will like my $16.40 a share [Pay Day!!!
