mopn,

i'm sure glad you are not our lawyer. the confirmation hearing is THE place where commons can present a valuation and deconstruct the lies debtors have presented to the court as facts regarding spectrum valuation. the confirmation hearing means life or death for commons.

listen to Ray on this one because he is 100%.

i recommend you learn how to pray. you can say two prayers:

say a prayer to Saint Aldo (Patron Saint of Common Shareholders) that he may speak in a way that will convince the court that debtors fully intend to defraud commons and the court should -by their duty- help defend the common shareholder.

say another prayer to Saint Alfonso Swarts (Patron Saint against corrupt, complicit, and colluding judges) that he may shine his spirit onto the judge in a way that the judge will recall his youthful days, his mother and father, his friends, his own family, and will act with only the highest integrity and honor and righteousness.

It doesn't make any difference whether they show up or not. If they didn't file by the deadline to be made a party to the case, they don't get in. BK court is nothing like the TV courts. After the initial BK hearing, the hearings are held in a conference type room. The chairs are pre-assigned to the attorneys to the parties of the case. If you are a witness to testify, you sit in a lobby till if and when you are called. The financials of the attorneys for the parties to the case are not open to public discretion.
