YMM,

I really admire your passion. Don't lose that. But unless Aldo is an attorney and/or has some right to appear in that BK proceeding, how do you think this Judge or the attorneys for debtors or creditors are ever going to let Aldo or you or I speak at this hearing? If you jump up and down from gallery, you're going to get locked up for contempt of court.

Trust me, I want to have a voice in this thing and I'm with you 100% percent, but don't sew your hopes to affecting the outcome of this thing hollywood style. Getting a lawyer and trying to appeal this POR, if approved, and a final order, is about the best chance you or we as commons have, aside from a huge written offer to purchase the spectrum which is then entered as an exhibit in this BK case.

Now watch the bashers heat up and say I'm wrong, this thing is screwed already, blah blah blah. Well, we aren't screwed until the pps goes back down to $0.002 and the court's order states we are cancelled.

Still hope here YMM, just don't lose heart if 30 commons don't show up at the BK hearing. If there is an attorney out there who wants commons to attend and can send Subpoenas out to us, let me know, I'll even give you my real address, after I receive such email with attorney info. That's how its done, my friend.
