After the initial BK hearing, the hearings are held in a conference type room. The chairs are pre-assigned to the attorneys to the parties of the case. If you are a witness to testify, you sit in a lobby till if and when you are called. The financials of the attorneys for the parties to the case are not open to public discretion.
