I guess I wonder if the individuals now drawn into the suit might have exposure to some criminal charges too if this pursued through discovery as well, do you think that is possible BD? I still think that the revised pleading that named those individuals being submitted just prior to all of this serious share dumpage is interesting...almost like some possbile punitive manipulation by those guys?
