I agree that PCFG's aggressive (and appropriately so) response has taken the game onto the individuals' and YAG's homefront, which could expose any number of bad things (e.g., civil breaches of duty/contract, SEC violations of a civil nature, and perhaps even the possibility that you raise).
That storyline does not fit with the second point you raise of a punitive response on the stock price. At least, I do not think it fits. As I see the first story line, the individuals and YAG want the litigation over ASAP. That would not suggest further manipulation as a wise course to follow.
I guess I wonder if the individuals now drawn into the suit might have exposure to some criminal charges too if this pursued through discovery as well, do you think that is possible BD? I still think that the revised pleading that named those individuals being submitted just prior to all of this serious share dumpage is interesting...almost like some possbile punitive manipulation by those guys?
