I have not read the papers in the lawsuit, except to skim them a long time ago when I first posted the initial batch. My guess (just a guess) is that YAG has a lot of exposure in other instances where they played the same game with other companies. If YAG loses this, it might have a cascading effect where other companies follow in the path PCFG has taken with its counterclaims.
If that is the driving force (and I emphasize the if), my guess is that a settlement would be confidential, YAG would get no money, PCFG might get its legal costs covered, and the case would go away.
G´Day PCFGers and Blue Dog ... thanks for all the voluntary work on this. Question for you. If YAG wants to settle are they likely to get money out of us or are they more likely to pay damages to PCFG ?

So, to answer your question, I think that BME and YAG would get nothing (except confidentiality of the settlement), and PCFG may or may not get reimbursed for legal fees necessitated by this lawsuit but likely no damages for past actions outside/before the lawsuit.
I cannot emphasize enough how uninformed I am on the merits of the underlying dispute, compared to how informed I usually am when I offer an opinion on something.

I am an amateur at this, and it would be unwise to rely on my opinions without your own independent confirmation in consultation with an investment professional.
