The point is he didnt pay the fees last year so the patent application process wont move, if he is so worried about giving details that could endanger his technology why not then following with the patent process so he could hold the rights of that technology. Does it makes any sense to protect something you are not working in holding the rights? Unless you know there is nothing to hold on into.
