samsam, I'm not sure the tax question matters...to me. CLNP is moving ahead. CNOZ is expanding operations. The alliances should increase Revenue for CNOZ. As with any investment, It's always good to do DD. I'm still Bullish on CNOZ. Gotta be good to have CNOZ selling Lots of Pizza Cones. Selling CNOZ products in Canada is a GREAT development.
Did you see the date of the tax verification? By any chance did you see a follow up after 2008 saying that me or any of those companies were charged with or found to have not paid any taxes to the Revenue Quebec or Canada? Do you ever have audits from the IRS in the USA? Do you know that competitors in the food world like to make anonymous complaints about products or competitors?
What exactly is the issue with a CEO going on to a message board? I think it tells you that we are interested in Cono and doing our homework with the manufacturers that we want to use to produce a product with our name on it.
As CEO of this company, i will always defend rumours or bla bla bla about our company and that is exactly why I answered to the sudden bla bla bla about this company.

Yes he is a second cousin and if he did anything illegal he will pay the price. i never did and never will associate myself with a person like that so don't even mention my name in association with this man ever again.
I welcome transparency. Great to have a CEO give CNOZ (on iHub) a few minutes. I'm looking at this as very POSITIVE. I like to be up to date on developments. I'm happy the CEO is posting.
