By any chance did you see a follow up after 2008 saying that me or any of those companies were charged with or found to have not paid any taxes to the Revenue Quebec or Canada?
Well I did find that all your companies were in default for years and all stricken in 2009. What do you think that says? They don't exist anymore.

In my experience of over 6 plus years on these types of boards - EACH and EVERY time a CEO or insider shows up on a messageboard it leads to one thing - disaster. A big fat red flag. And EACH and EVERY time a CEO starts making threats against any naysayers - the company has ended up in litigation. EACH and EVERY time. If a CEO spends his time on messageboards - which BTW are pretty much filled with hyperbolic rhetoric - it says exactly who his real targets are and what he is doing here - to sell shares. I strongly suggest you don't use the boards for your "DD" - I suggest you use REAL information - like what the company has filed with the SEC and what their AUDITED financials look like. Plus if this 7 year old "concept" of your mega shopping universe is real - I suggest you get busy with those other 799,999 suppliers you said you wanted.

Dear supplier,
I am the Director of Purchasing of Mondo Shopping Universe and we have begun the launch of a Mega Retail Project in Canada.
To give you a brief background of the project, we are creating a Shopping Universe divided in 7 Worlds in which each world will have products from around the globe. The 7 Worlds are World of Food, World of Fashion, World of Gifts, World of Toys, World of Electronics, World of Sports and World of Gaming where we will have 800, 000 products in a 3 million square feet surface area. With 800, 000 products, we will be the single largest retail store in the World. The repartition of the products will be 60% foreign products, 30% Canadian/USA and 10% our private brands. Phase one of the project will see the opening of two Mega Centers in Canada, one in Montreal, Quebec and one in Toronto, Ontario each with a total surface are of 3 million square feet on one single retail floor. Eventual expansion in Phase 2 will be into two other locations in Canada and an initial five locations in USA followed by some European countries.
Our business model is DIRECT PURCHASING and CONTACT with our manufacturers/suppliers so we stress the importance of not having importers/brokers involved which increases our cost price.
