samsam, I'm not sure the tax question matters...to me. CLNP is moving ahead. CNOZ is expanding operations. The alliances should increase Revenue for CNOZ. As with any investment, It's always good to do DD. I'm still Bullish on CNOZ. Gotta be good to have CNOZ selling Lots of Pizza Cones. Selling CNOZ products in Canada is a GREAT development.
