IMO;If Nokia ultimately pays a 1% royalty for 3G ..It would have only paid 1.1%..had they not had the TDD royalty concession.Keep in mind that there are over 50,000 WCDMA base stations in place Globally that could be immediately upgraded to the IDCC TDD solution.
