I hope you are wrong about what rip tilden said. If IDCC does not get paid for NOK TDD only devices, how does IDCC get paid for a NOKIA multimode device? Are you saying that IDCC is giving away its TDD technology in order to collect on FDD? Also, with this agreement, does not IDCC give away its future when data will become more and more important?
