What happens if the appellate court rules that GeckoSystems LICENSED and PRACTICING attorney properly argued the point and presented adequate evidence?

Now marty can appeal and spend a few grand. But what's he's going to tell the appellate court?

Wouldn't the non-licensed non-practicing attorney Wallace have to pay for the appeal out of his own pocket?

Why is Wallace's father special, and yet Wallace and MacLeod believe it okay to descrate Spencer's wife's mother and aunt by using their pictures and obituaries to mock and defame Spencer, his wife, his family, his business associates, etc.?
