He provided zero evidence of any federal law or reg prohibiting the enforcement of the DE law. Wallace submitted a letter from the former Division Chief at the SEC saying the order was legal. You cannot submit new evidence on appeal. Only that evidence upon which the judge based her decision. marty is screwed big time. Still wondering what specific federal law or SEC reg prohibits the enforcement of the DE law.
