You're confusing settlement with full payment of the judgments in cash. I've heard Wallace has been willing to settle for less than the full amount and use GOSY stocks as a means of obtaining payment. I suspect that less amount Wallace was willing to settle for and the terms he was willing to agree to have now changed. It is funny, but not for marty.
