The question was the location of the Kenya block and whether it was "close to Sudan", lol.

Not anything to do with the Preliminary Form-14.

I'm happy to discuss your questions as well, but those are separate questions. They may be higher on your personal list of priorities but there is a stark difference between news and information we are waiting for and guessing at, and news and information that has already been released yet entirely missed by those screaming about a "a total lack of communication!!!!!"

Yes that is 100 % right. Those very issues get smoke screened by trying to sugar coat this whole proposal and i agree it just will not fly. The sp will invariably take a huge hit it this thing is not handled very carefully and intelligently and done in the proper sequence.

Some kind of loosey goosey ,open ended, time frame statement like they hope to achieve seismic work in Kenya or Chad in the next 2 years would be a disaster.

They had better have something very definite and short term on this CC .

I don't think this is being negative just realistic ! The time for general statements and telling us what they hope to do is gone ! Show us what you have !!!!!

I guess the main communication is how will they structure any deal regarding the offering and how exactly will they proceed. that is the communication we need, not where is the block and we think it will be great going forward.

That's your opinion. IMO the prospectivity of the exploration blocks is far more important than the number of shares issued or the exact method of fund raising. ERHC always had to raise money for exploration, either selling shares or selling interest in the exploration blocks. The free ride in the JDZ was important at the time, but came at a high price in terms of the interest assigned.

If ERHC doesn't issue more shares and doesn't explore the assets, then those shares have little value. If they issue more shares, explore the blocks and find commercial oil, the shares have value. Pretty obvious. Remaining undiluted is of no benefit if it means not being able to explore for oil and forfeiting assets. Unless of course the only value is in the JDZ with its free carries. That is a risk factor certainly.

according to one of your recent posts, you thought they would be vague on the cc.

I'm just guessing of course, but as the preliminary Form14a clearly said:

Except with respect to any possible Rights Offering (defined herein) or other capital raising activity to fund the Company’s work programs, and as may be granted from time to time to the Company’s employees and/or Board of Directors, the Company currently has no plans, proposals or arrangements to issue any of the shares of Common Stock that would be authorized by the Amendments for any specific purpose, including future acquisitions and/or financings. -Formpre14

That is my clue that there may be only general outlines, as they clearly state "the company currently has no plans, proposals or arrangements".

We could get some more detail about the possible Rights Offering portion as that is obviously being contemplated. Whether this is at the conference call, the shareholders meeting, or both, or not until the vote is concluded I can't predict.

there are no near term catalysts for erhc,

You have a crystal ball?

On the JDZ we are all waiting for news on the next step and know we will get it when there is a final decision. We aren't waiting on ERHC for this.

unless people want to wait around for years on these other "assets", why bother? other stocks to invest in.

Whether anyone buys, sells or holds ERHE or any stock is their personal choice. I have no interest in advising you either way. I'm happy to talk about ERHC as its prospects though, but you have to make your own trading decisions.

I do understand completely that many people bought and bet on ERHE specifically for the JDZ. That bet has clearly changed dramatically over the years, and especially in the last couple years with the Phase I drilling, the EEZ, Chad, Kenya, JDZ, and ERHC’s stated intention to further diversify into additional exploration assets, and assets in the development and production stage.

Everyone needs to make their own decision if they are happy with these changes and the new risks and new potentials they involve.

If you move on, good luck and don't let the door hit you on the way out. If you stay invested in ERHE, good luck. It's all speculation and nobody knows what the future price will be in any stock, especially highly speculative penny stocks.

they have always had the cart before horse mentality

I think we ALL where counting chickens before the rooster even looked at the hen. Is it fair to critisize them for that? Absolutely, as long as we are looking in the mirror while we do it. There is plenty of blame to go around, and we all made our choices. I'm trying not to look backward, but to look forward and figure out how I can make money with what they are proposing now.

I'm looking forward to the 28th, and fearing it as well.
