IMO they will not say anything we haven't already been told re: the need for the share increase. Mgt will say we have great assets for which we need funds to explore and develop. To acquire such funds we currently have no options other than issuing new stock (and possibly attached options). We will use the funds as we see fit to propel each of our blocks, whether that be the EEZ, Chad, or Kenya is yet undetermined although Chad and Kenya seismic looks about ready to go once funds are available (the ready to go statement re: Chad and Kenya seismic is IMO). We will keep you informed as things progress. That is all I expect to hear and all I need to hear as without the funds we are dead in the water so the proposal to move forward is a no brainer.
If they provide any further info great, if they don't I won't be surprised or feeling down about it. I certainly don't expect them to mention ongoing talks since it could bring about an Exile result and I have chastised them enough about that not to want them to repeat the error by trying to give me info just so I feel easier about this investment. Tell me when things are finalized.
Since I expect no shocking news to the upside, I have no fear for the 28th. It is what it is, the proposals will be passed, and ERHC will begin the efforts to acquire the funds. Accept it and stay invested or move on if you feel mgt is not trustworthy in keeping our best interests at heart.
I expect news on finalized results only, til then we minority stockholders are just a gnat on this horse's hindquarters along for the ride regardless of how much one has invested in the company.
This investment has been a tremendous disappointment in timing, but the results regarding value are still wide open. I remain optimistic.
