You don't think the post expressed a very hateful or intolerant sentiment?... When discussing the "sin" of homosexuality, how could anyone use the SIN of murder as comparison?

Zeev, Please. Throughout history and species there is a certain percent of the population that is that way. The homosexual lifestyle may stray from the majority but most certainly is not abnormal for a smallish percentage of creatures. To condemn to an eternity of pain is "normal"?

RE; zeev..."The worst I could find was "deviant", which in my book means "strays from the norm", that is what homosexuality is, it strays from the norm. For religious people it is indeed an abomination (not the people, the act), just like murders (the acts) are abomination (and for true Christians, for instance, the murderers are not an abomination and repentance gets them back in favor with the all mighty).

I appreciate your attitude. I don't think mlsoft and I have been hateful. I know some on the board think so, but hopefully many others do not. We are trying to conduct ourselves respectfully and don't want our honest, vigorous debate to be perceived as irrational hatred.
