eDoorways Corp. seems to be a front for an unsuccessful Texas dreamer who is too reluctant to simply get a real job. Maybe this CEO thinks doing actual work is beneath him, so he rather find naive investors to buy shares of his "company?"
I've known G.K. for decades. My view is that if he would have stayed with Reading and Bates he would have become very wealthy and retired at a young age. The notion that "actual work is beneath him" is absurd. The man works constantly. As far as "naive investors" the fact is that information abounds on G.K.'s history and still people who meet him want to get involved with him.
The rest of your points have foundation but not all the issues have been because of G.K.
The bottom line is that G.K. is indeed a dreamer with a vision. Will he ever put it all together? Maybe, maybe not. If you think not indeed run away....
