Based on years of unfulfilled press releases, no discernable revenue, and no viable product or service after several millions in investment, eDoorways Corp. appears to be little more than a shoestring operation managed by "CEO" who creates an illusion that he's on to "something big."
Heard that line before?
eDoorways Corp. seems to be a front for an unsuccessful Texas dreamer who is too reluctant to simply get a real job. Maybe this CEO thinks doing actual work is beneath him, so he rather find naive investors to buy shares of his "company?"
It helps if you continually change the name (GK Intelligent Systems --> M Power Entertainment --> eDoorways -->eDoorways International Corp., and LRI --> Smart 1 Systems). It also helps to find new people to parade in company PRs to make the company appear legitimate.
eDoorways Corp. has been sued several times and is currently being sued for non-payment by multiple parties. A little bit of DD will uncover this. You can start by searching for posts by Meyerlane.
As long as there are payable judgements against this company (and it appears there are), please know that they are waiting in line for their payday too. Good luck trying to make any money investing in this outfit which calls itself a company.

This is the argument that has been made for years which relies upon the ignorance of newcomers to appear plausible. Much like the person to whom you scream "run away, get out!" who walks into a dark, creepy house in a horror film... guess who just entered that house.
