has anyone emailed folger and asked for an update on ungagging the TA? his response would probably be of interest to all. his response may not make people happy, but at least all would know he's not ignoring the issue. i'm not asking him as I believe they have a right to gag the TA if they want, even if its not popular. I believe Folger and team were advised to gag the TA and that the benefits of doing so would ultimately position ACYD for greater success when the time comes if they truly feel the stock was being manipulated easier because of the number of people contacting the TA. surely the TA can report how many requests they are getting for information and if ACYD didn't like what they saw....gag time.
