I tend to agree...they have the right to gag it, we have the right to want it ungagged. personally, i'm ok with the compromise of getting monthly updates, however i completely understand those people who are not ok with it. i haven't emailed him asking to have it ungagged, but perhaps the PR giving us the updated SS will address the issue.

If someone does email Folger, how about asking him about this ? It gets awfully confusing when he doesn't supply the shareholders with all the information. Why doesn't he explain this stuff. He told the reporter that the name was changed to ARC. I can't find anywhere where he mentions Goodmotives.
