Indy..good points. It helps to review the past in this case to understand the vision of this management far exceeds that of prior regimes in terms of the execution pattern:
Prior to Estrella:
1. No intellectual property assets existed for shareholders.
2. Funding was raised consistently on false promises never realized.
3. No apparent resolution to the SEC overhang.
Examples of execution prior to GE:
PR...Dec 29, 2009.. Sanswire announces Public Demo of patented TAO STS-111 at Sanford Airport in Orlando Florida.
It never happened and meanwhile the questionable non-disclosed in proper SEC filings fund raising machinery set up by JL, Siefert and HW was in full swing.
May-June 2010 Clark comes in as COB and Estrella as CEO:
All PR's and all happened:
1. Sept 27, 2010- Maiden flight of STS-111 at Easton airport. First delivered to US in June 2010 with a coke bottle as a gas tank. Kid you not. That tid bit was shared at SHM last year.
2. Sept 28, 2010- Mike Clark delivers keynote address at Colorado conference on vision of Sanswire in UAS space.
3. Nov. 16, 2010- STS-111 named a top 50 invention of 2010 by Time.
4. Nov. 18, 2010- Moves world HQ to Kennedy Space Florida Canaveral.
5. Dec. 17, 2010- Settles with SEC.
6. March 24, 2011- Files provisional WW patent for in-house invented Argus One.
7. Mar. 28, 2011- terminates TAO agreement.
8. April 14, 2011- announces invite by DOD to test Argus One at Yuma proving grounds.
9. April 21, 2011- Changes name and symbol to WSGI from Sanswire. Why? Because not all its airships would be without wire!
10. April 29, 2011- Announces first Government contract $200K from Space Florida for flight data payload package for Argus One.
11. May 31, 2011- acquires GTC adding a surveillance comm. piece with government approved products and linkage to Eastcor.
12. July 2011 SHM- have added two members to board..Hulu manager of Eastcor our engineering strategic partner and Pruett, connected to UAS, FAA and Space Florida, prior Harris connections a potential strategic comm. partner of interest. Also announce existing capability to manufacture 12 Argus airships per month between Eastcor and Space Florida facilities.
13. August 2011- Argus One sponsored Tests at Yuma complete and free flight approved by DOD.
Fall 2011- Eastcor approved for move to huge new facility.
14. Dec 2011-June 2012- Argus One tested by DOD sponsored trials at Nevada testing grounds.
15. Feb 2012- Co. secures $10 mm financing package.
16. Feb 29, 2012- Argus One formal US patent filed.
17. May 9, 2012- Provisional WW patent filed for Hybrid, tethered/free-flight airship design.
18. New COB brought in with major connections in DEA and related government agencies here and abroad... to "bring customers to WSGI."
19. June 19, 2012- a new BIB design announced with show-case scheduled at key UAS show in Las Vegas August 6, 2012. ( a third co. patent filing to appear before that show..any day now).
Throw in UML agreement and Gemini for good measure.
I believe that this is the first time the company has ever had a working sole proprietary airship product available for public viewing and sale in its history.
I see the vision unfolding by the actions of the logical sequence of constructive events that are occurring under this management. I see the ability to swiftly adapt to perceived market demand, I never saw before and protect it for shareholder value.
I see a light at the end of the tunnel.
