IMHO focusing on immediate sales of the BIB is a mistake--either positively or negatively. I was taught that lieutenants think about tactics, colonels think about strategy and generals think about logistics. Immediate sales of the BIB is a tactical issue. What is the company's strategy and does its present logistical capability equip it to fulfill that strategy? Magic bullet products never make a company in the long-term. As shareholders we should support a visionary strategy and logistics to support it and not bet for or against a single product. IMHO.
