I may have been too harsh in describing mnta's lovenox contract.

After all , at the time it was signed we have two parties that are not equal. mnta is basically an unknown quantity and as such is at a disadvantage wrt sandoz/nvs.

Most likely it is a matter of "we'll show you " from mnta's side and "you show me first" from sandoz's pov.
