Here is my take: The promo was not sought after nor intended to benefit Vern. His huge block of shs is restricted. It really didn't matter if Vern was ready, big investors wanted to turn their low cost shs into cash. Need lots of volume to do that. Hire a promo company and cash out. Vern on the other hand is trying to make it a legitimate going concern. It's going to take some time. Although news and the cc will move the stock, it;s the next quarterly filing that will be the tell.
This is so true. The yeah, the coordination totally ruined this and now they are going to have to work twice as hard to even start to get back up wot here it was. Foolish people..Maybe TBX shouldn't have jumped in either yet and just said, hey, I'll take your contract, but you have to show me what you have or I look bad. And then if they can't produce - TBX should have walked away and said "call me when you are really ready - then we'll make it fly"....
