Preferred's can only be removed by either of 3 methods:

- Conversion
- Buyback
- Mutual agreement with holders for cancellation

Hey Dustin, the last method sounds good to many of us investors. Cancelling some of your B preferreds would be a nice gesture to make up for the poor decision to purchase cheap "game salad" apps. I've read more than once on this board that you are a "genius"...well, where was the DD on the cheap app purchase?

if the 800,000 preferred B shares X 2000 conversion rate =(1.6 billion common shares) happens, would you agree that a 100:1 should follow?
