I don't understand why you'd think a R/S of commons would do any good. It's usually a bad thing! Plus, Preferred's would remain uneffected in number and conversion ratio. Preferred's can only be removed by either of 3 methods:

- Conversion
- Buyback
- Mutual agreement with holders for cancellation
