But still kinda perplexed...

Why does the Florida SOS still say PERL is a Nevada Corp?

(The FL SOS filing states that PERL's Nevada Corporation is "Perpetual".)

Why does pinksheets say PERL is a NV corp?.....old info?

Shouldn't there be a filing in NV...showing a transfer to Florida?


Can I find out PERL's share structure on the FL SOS site... like I can on the NV SOS site?

Sorry to be bother... But this whole thing is rather odd.

I posted Nev and Fla sec of state links earlier tonight on the perl board and the Fla one does show NV as active as of 3-23-2011. And thanks for the clarification about Florida's 'foreign' company policies...
