PERL is incorporated in Nevada.

They have let their business status expire because they failed to pay their annual dues for 2 straight years. As a result their business status has been revoked by the Nevada SOS.

PERL owes $6,750 if they want to bring their business entity back up to good standing.

The shell was previously abandoned from 2003 through 2007 before before somebody came in and hijacked the shell eventually turning it into the "company" it has become today.

The reason that Perla Group International is incorporated in Florida is because Florida requires all business entities doing business in their state to register with the Florida SOS. This is why the Florida SOS registration information says that PERL is a "foreign" entity domiciled in Nevada.

Personally I don't trust anything about the companies OTC filings. If they can't even come up with $6,750 to pay their business license fees then how can anybody trust that they really have any of the assets and revenues and cash that they claim to have?

Their attorney is still wet nosed and has been involved in some shady shells that are proven frauds like ABOT and CRWV

I don't have time to research PERL right now just wanted to throw in my two cents about your current registration question.
