It looks like LOCH/CDEx shareholders are starting to wake up that MP was and is working for Boone/Baker.

Isn't it nice that Boone/Baker got to voluntarily incorporate CDEx, hire their SEC attorney Malcolm Phillips (aka LOCH's "expert" SEC consultant lawyer no less), have all shareholders agree not to pursue legal action against Boone/Baker/Phillips/Poteet/Etc. and walk away from LOCH/CDEx while it remains under SEC investigation ?

Boone/Baker/Phillips pulled this off perfectly... all upside to them as they bury the "Billion Dollar TECH" and dangle the pillSCAMMER carrot for LOCH/CDEx shareholders.

LOCH/CDEx under it's new name is trading at LOCH prices of 2 cents pre-split.

Yes... Boone/Baker/Phillips/Poteet sold LOCH PP shares on "Billion Dollar Tech" promise... no sale of the TECH...

To this day, Phillips and Poteet are selling nothing but PP Shares, sweartheart HUGE interest loans (paid back upfront with free trading shares and cash), and Billion Dollar Tech "promise"... oh yeah... and the Pillscammer carrots to divert the shareholders attention away from the BILLION DOLLAR ELF AND VAMMP that CDEx is burying for LOCH.

Shoot, not only did MP work for LOCH... Phillips was their SEC Lawyer... HE was the final approval of the press releases on ELF and VAmmp.

When several of us called LOCH inquiring on the PR's... we were directed to Phillips who told us his was the funal signature on ALL PR's. Phillip's was the lawyer responsible for approving their wording, etc.

For all but the most technical of questions, Phillips was the one answering our questions and defending LOCH's PR's.

The most technical of questions were directed to Poteet... Since he was the newly claimed "inventor" of ELF/VaMMP.

Phllips and Poteet were the two who could not deny that they were the two "subject experts" on the legal and technical aspects of the LOCH PR's and further claims.

THAT'S EXACTLY WHY Boone and Baker were able to walk away...

THAT'S EXACTLY WHY Boone and Baker were able to start up CDEx and trust Phllips and Poteet completely with the efforts to ride this LOCH/CDEX scam out.

You certainly do not put the subject matter of the SCAM, the ELF and VaMMP, in the hands of anyone you do not trust 100%... LET ALONE A LAWYER.

Boone and Baker certainly do not hand over the keys to something they need buried and walk away unless Phillips and Poteet are in it even DEEPER than Boone and Baker.

Phillips is the SEC lawyer who approved the LOCH PR's (phllip's own words) and Poteet is the TECH expert regarding the ELF/VaMMP PR's (and was the one who defended them for LOCH).

Yep... brilliant SCAM this LOCH/CDEx.

Boone, Baker, Phllips and Poteet are quite a team... they have all LOCH shareholders all staring at the PILLSCAMMER now.

If it was all about the PILLSCAMMER, you never would need...shoot... YOU NEVER WOULD WANT the APA.

Why the APA if the PILLSCAMMER is your only tech that's ever sold, what, four units ?

Absolutely... he still advertises them on the LOCH/CDEx website.

Yet, after 10 years of development by their "inventor" Poteet... not even ONE sale.... and NOW it's on a shelf, with the PILLSCAMMER getting all the attention.

Yeah, good thing Phllips has the Billion Dollar Tech.

... and now, even now, Phllips is still handling the LOCH settlements for the boyz.

GOOD THING Boone and Baker hired Phllips to run CDEX before the skated away.

Now you beginning to understand EXACTLY WHY Boone and Baker founded CDEx, and hired LOCH's SEC Savvy Lawyer, Phillips, to run it for them.

Gosh... I wonder why Phillips was asked to leave W&S ?

Could it have ANYTHING to do with Phillips taking responsibility for being LOCH's SEC Consultant Lawyer and approving the PR's during LOCH Pump and Dump ?
