When several of us called LOCH inquiring on the PR's... we were directed to Phillips who told us his was the funal signature on ALL PR's. Phillip's was the lawyer responsible for approving their wording, etc.

For all but the most technical of questions, Phillips was the one answering our questions and defending LOCH's PR's.

The most technical of questions were directed to Poteet... Since he was the newly claimed "inventor" of ELF/VaMMP. ...

While you're at it, can you speak to the deal Poteet and Blair had going, the one that started it all, the one that gave Blair such "renowned" visibility for a while?
