Is this ERIC fellow a Valimed salesman? He mentions CBEX. Is that a typo?

As I understand the weasel wording in the filings, CDEX 'plans' to use Medical Supplies Salesmen to add valimed to their sales portfolio. That would be a smart move, if there is a demand
and CDEX can deliver. But truly, the demand is not there. Nor can they deliver if the demand arises.

Do you think Loch was a scam?

Did MP work for Loch and tout the ELF/VAMMP?

When MP was hired by the Boyz to manage CDEx, did he continue to tout the ELF/EM-1 and claim it was ready to go?

So, where in his tenure at Loch/CDEx did MP get "fooled by the Boyz" (TM- Kidstewart).

If someone is paid to help cover-up a scam what would you call that?
