I've seen officers voluntarily extend the restriction on several stocks.

Not exactly sure but I believe the 54MM being discussed is not held by insiders but possibly by a 3rd party (probably some sort of finance deal).

Might be something to confirm with JR on Monday is you have good contact with him.

With all due respect GB, the shares you refer to per 5/03/12 have absolutely nothing to do with what I'm talking about. And, I have not said a single word about dilution. Perhaps you just haven't realized yet that floats grow, even when the o/s doesn't?

And as far as shares being re-restricted. No. Law is law.

We are not talking about insider owned shares here. Unless management owns up to those 54M non-float shares, only a fool would think they're never going to hit the market.
